We suggest that you should review the information provided in How to Measure before you select your size to order. The tailor will be unable to accommodate any changes to the size once the order has been placed. The customer is responsible for the size ordered.
We cannot assume any responsibility for measurements. Please fill out the correct measurements of your body size according to our service for how to measure. So we can make the dress only belongs to you. Every detail should be considered carefully. Please write all your requests in the order when you submit the order online.

When you choose Western Union and Bank Transfer,  please kindly pay for the handling charges for transferring overseas’ payment services, so that our account will show your full payment. For western union, usually we will receive your payment on the other day after you paid. But for Bank Transfer, usually we will receive your payment within 7 work days after your paid. Step 2: Send the pictures to service@eastsilway.com with the title “Request for designing wedding gown". You should write down all of your requests in the email.
Step 3: After receiving your email, we will review it carefully and reply you as soon as possible. We will give you a reasonable price if we can make it for you.
